## Common booking questions

### Do you charge anything to book?
No. We only ask for a card (number and expiry) as a guarantee; no charge is made to book. Payment is made during or at the end of your stay.

### What if there's no availability for my dates?
We add you to a waiting list and let you know as soon as a room becomes available.

### How do I pay? Can you invoice my university?
In cash or by card, in person, usually on the day of departure; we email you the invoice as a PDF. For universities or companies we accept a pro-forma invoice paid by bank transfer in advance (give us the cost centre and DIR3 codes).

### Can a single room fit 2 people?
No. A single room is for 1 person; for 2 you need a double. If no double is free, we add you to the waiting list.
