1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that the browser stores on your device when you visit a website. They are used to remember preferences or usage information.

2. Cookies used on this site

This site does not use tracking, analytics, advertising or social media cookies. It only uses the following technical elements, which are necessary for it to work and exempt from the consent requirement:

  • PHPSESSID (session cookie) — Only on the contact and booking pages. It is required for the security of the forms (anti-CSRF token and anti-spam verification). It is a technical session identifier: it does not contain your name or your data, but the server links it to your visit and, if a submission fails, to what you typed in the form, only to give it back to you. The cookie is deleted when you close the browser.
  • rsi-v… (browser cache, Service Worker) — Stores on your device copies of the stylesheet, the scripts, the icons and the offline page, so that the website loads faster and works without a connection. It contains no personal data. It is renewed with each version of the website and you can delete it from your browser settings.

3. Third-party services

This site does not load third-party fonts, scripts or maps: it uses the device's system typeface. The contact page only links to Google Maps; if you follow that link, you leave for Google's website and Google's privacy policy applies.

4. How to manage cookies

You can manage or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings:
