What this page is for

There is no official web accessibility certification — neither the W3C nor any public body issues one. What does exist are independent tools that measure real conformance against the WCAG 2.2, Level AA standard (the one required by the European Accessibility Act and Spanish regulations). This page lists those results, with date and method, so anyone can check them at any time — you don't have to take our word for it.

Result

Verified on 30 July 2026 against the homepage of www.residenciasanildefonso.es, with three independent tools:

Lighthouse (Google Chrome DevTools)

  • Accessibility: 100 / 100
  • Best Practices: 100 / 100
  • SEO: 100 / 100
  • Agentic Browsing: 100 / 100
  • 56 of 56 audits passed, 0 failed.

W3C Markup Validator

The W3C's official HTML markup validator (validator.w3.org): 0 errors, 0 warnings.

WAVE (WebAIM)

WebAIM's accessibility evaluation tool, Utah State University (wave.webaim.org):

  • 0 errors
  • 0 contrast errors — the main heading text, overlaid on a photograph, was additionally checked pixel by pixel against the actual rendered image (not just the colour declared in the CSS): median contrast 11.9:1, well above the required minimum of 4.5:1.
  • 2 minor alerts (different links to the same destination, a common and non-problematic pattern)
  • AIM Score: 10 out of 10

What this check does not cover

No automated tool replaces manual testing with real people using assistive technology (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnifiers). The results above are necessary but not sufficient on their own — they are an honest starting point, not the end of the road.
