Common booking questions

Do you charge anything to book?

No. Booking is free: payment is made on arrival.

What if there's no availability for my dates?

We add you to a waiting list and let you know as soon as a room becomes available.

How do I pay? Can you invoice my university?

By card, in person, on arrival; we email you the invoice as a PDF. For universities or companies we accept a pro-forma invoice paid by bank transfer in advance (give us the cost centre and DIR3 codes).

Can a single room fit 2 people?

No. A single room is for 1 person; for 2 you need a double. If no double is free, we add you to the waiting list.
